• 9v9 Playing Format
• No Scores and Standings
• Field Organization to align with prescribed minimum dimensions (Games played on 11 v 11 field with modifications (See Below))
• Open Rosters with player movement throughout the season - maximum Game Day Roster
of 18 players.  Players may only participate in 1 game (Imodel/District/OPDL) per week.
• Scheduling to mitigate travel where possible
• Single team entry per club for both the Boys & Girls divisions
• Grassroots diploma required for Head Coach
• 3 Referees per game

On July 1, 2019, new rules came into effect through Rowan’s Law, to improve concussion safety in amateur competitive sport.

Everyone can help recognize a possible concussion if they know what to look for.

A person with a concussion might have any of the signs or symptoms listed below. They might show up right away or hours, or even days later. Just one sign or symptom is enough to suspect a concussion. Most people with a concussion do not lose consciousness.
